💃 Black Knitted Midi and Fishnets/ Neukölln, Berlin 💃

This week I got to spend time in Berlin, one of my new favourite cities;  I'm writing this at 5 O'clock on a Saturday night, half asleep and still in my pyjamas, absolutely shattered after days of exploring and nights of partying. Saying that though I still feel like I've hardly scratched the surface of Berlin and would LOVE to spend some more time there- I also only got about 4 hours of shopping time in, which if you're anything like me, is never enough. I also may or may not be feeling incredibly greedy after feasting on the beautifully colossal amount of incredible vegan and vegetarian food that Berlin has to offer; The first night saw me tucking into vegan currywurst and a beer, and it was incredible. 

Among all the excitement I did, however, have enough time to pick up this vintage midi skirt. I was shopping with friends at the time, and it got tried on and passed around by quite a few of us before I got my paws on it- I have no shame in saying that I am incredibly happy that it only fit me. It may be one of my new favourite pieces, especially for the difficult transition weather of the moment, and also happens to be the comfiest, cosiest thing in the world. I wore this with a long sleeved crop top one night and felt as though I was walking around wrapped in a blanket for all of the time I spent drinking Aperol Sour's- basically my dream night. I also love it paired with a basic t-shirt with a pair of fishnet tights as seen here. It pains me to say it, but at least 30% of my fashion inspo at the minute comes from Kim Kardashian, the current queen of fishnets and midi skirts. I should also credit my beautiful friend Maya, who rocks fishnets regularly and has a ridiculously cool style that I may or may not be incredibly jealous of. My favourite morning of the week was also the morning these pictures were taken; Neukölln is such an interesting area to wander around and is full of independent cafes and second-hand shops, which in my book tells me I'm in a good area. I also feel like it had the best street style and has left me lusting after suede bomber jackets, thigh split midi skirt and a pair of monochrome kitten heels that I REALLY REGRET NOT BUYING. They will definitely be on my mind for the next 5 years at least!
